The lodge stands in communal lawned gardens and has its own 'L'-shaped area of decking, enjoying the sunshine and superb sea views.
We understand from the Vendors that they have a licence agreement to use a holiday home pitch on the site until 31/1/2043. (Once the agreement has expired, Park Holidays may offer a further agreement on an annual basis).
The Lodge has an 11 month holiday season restriction and can be occupied between 1st March and 31st January. Owners cannot use the lodge as their permanent address.
Current pitch fees are approx £5,500 for the year, which includes ground maintenance, sewage, land drainage and general grounds maintenance. The piped gas, water and electricity are charged as used.
